Initial tidy of lanes

Lots of buzz around the hall this weekend with window cleaning and gardening activities underway 🌿😊

Our gardener Reuben, RS Gardening Services, joined us to walk the lane from the Green to Govans Way, as well as the back lane leading to the play park. We have now agreed to start tidying up the lane using our CVA funds.

As most of you know, the lanes are privately owned and not our responsibility. However, you asked—and we listened. Our agreement was that this would be a one-off investment, with ongoing upkeep supported by local volunteers.

A huge thank you to the Green Team for making this possible 👏 They will be helping to maintain the paths going forward and are still looking for extra hands. If you would like to get involved, please get in touch!

We are excited to see the transformation take shape, and we will be sharing before-and-after photos soon 📸 Work is set to begin in early April.
