Huge Thank You to the Green Team

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our amazing Green Team (our Cardrona volunteers) who recently transformed the front of the Village Hall.

What was once tired and overgrown has been given a whole new lease of life thanks to their hard work, energy, and enthusiasm.

The team removed all the old foliage, refreshed the beds with new earth, and planted over 1,000 bulbs amongst daffodils and tulips there will be more surprises that will bring colour and life to the space for years to come.

It was a fantastic community effort and a great example of what can be achieved when people come together.

We were also delighted to involve our local Scouts group, who have taken ownership of the planters alongside the hall. Their involvement helps keep the momentum going and builds a sense of pride and responsibility in our shared spaces.
