Cancellation Policy

Excerpts as follows: Fees and Payment 27 .The fees (Fees) for the Services, the price of any Goods (if not included in the Fees) and any additional delivery or other charges is that set out on the Website at the date we accept the Order or such other price as we may agree in writing. Prices for Services may be calculated on a fixed price or on a standard daily rate basis. 28. Fees and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order. 29. You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, details with your Order and we can take payment immediately or otherwise before delivery of the Services. 30. Block bookings by regular users are invoiced quarterly in advance, we must be in receipt of the funds relating to the invoice total in order to secure hall availability. Timing of Reimbursement 43. Cancellation of services and goods relating to the Village Hall, refunds will be provided in the following circumstances; ​ (i) if the booking is cancelled 1 full calendar month or more prior to the scheduled time and date, a full refund will be issued. (ii) if the booking is cancelled more than 1 week, but less than 1 full calendar month prior to the scheduled time and date, a 50% refund will be issued. (iii) if the booking is cancelled less than 1 week prior to the scheduled time and date, no refund will be issued. (iv) block bookings by regular users are invoiced quarterly in advance, we must be made aware of any variations 1 full calendar month prior to invoicing and any requirement to cancel more than 1 booking instance due to a significant need, no refunds will be issued.
